Hello again friends... last week, i introduced you to my absolute favorite mobile notary tool: "AirPrint". Well, today, i'm going to discuss another tool that makes my notary life that much easier. It's quite unconventional - but every mobile notary will come to appreciate its uses, if they don't already do.

FedEx Office Solution Center! 

Overview: To me, FedEx Office is your complete resource for all printing and shipping services. They help your company make an impact by cutting printing costs, simplify ordering and deliver consistent, professional-looking results for all your documents, letters, mailers and business material. Every industry has specific demands, and any mobile notary knows being able to print loan documents on the go, is one of our single most important task. 

Some of the services i have come to appreciate and use almost on a daily basis at FedEx Office include:

Online/Business Printing: For all my online printing needs, I always turn to FedEx Office. With FedEx Office Print Online  solution, you can upload and
print your business documents from Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, rich text files, and PDF files. You can even combine
documents, add tabs or inserts and select from a wide range of binding options such as coil binding, comb binding, staple or ring binder.  You can also use their cutting, folding and lamination services.  If you are traveling and
need printed materials in a hurry, i cannot think of any other service all mobile notaries will appreciate more.

FInally, my favorite part is knowing i can pick up my order at one of their locations or have the online printing order delivered to right to my doorstep. There are of course several other services offered, like: In-Store Services for copying, printing, faxing and shipping. They also offer WiFi access and computer rental for internet access on the go.  

For everything your business or organization needs, including black & white copies, color copies, document design services, direct mail, and even mail list services, FedEx Office Solution Center is the only way a mobile notary should go.
