Balloons have typically been associated with birthdays, but recently they have been “popping” up at WEDDINGS. Yes, weddings. At first thought I was completely against using balloons for a wedding; but upon further investigation I came across some very fun, chic and even upscale weddings that incorporated balloons in the decor.
