Saw you on the foodie party last night. I just joined twitter. -so you mentioned Scandinavian food as your latest adventure? Funny you should ask - My cookbook has a number of Scandinavian recipes: Lefse (Norwegian wrapping bread), Berliner Kranser (wreath cookies), Norwegian pancakes, recipes using Lingonberries, Cloudberries, and Herring too.
