- What's Your Passion That You'd Like To Turn Into a Business?
- My company is an organic skin care and bath/beauty line. I developed a program through it called "girl power" to inspire, educate and help girls from 12-18 learn how to make simple bath products and become entrepreneurs. I believe if young girls are taught business principles and given a skill, they can take charge of their own finanical lives. I'm a financial advisor by trade, and know that if girls are financially independent, families don't slip into poverty. I teach them how to make soaps and scrubs, a bit about branding and packaging, simple bookeeping and marketing. They love it, and do really well, with a boost in self esteem and productivity and creativity!
