Hi all,

Hi dreamers,
The wheels are moving over here at Martha Stewart HQ about creating a Dreamer Into Doers event in January 2011. The event will be held in NYC and we're going to offer workshops, a chance to attend a taping of The Martha Stewart Show, a luncheon, and a do-gooder angle (helping women in a shelter, etc.). We held an event this past January and it was a success. And more importantly, women… Continue

Working at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia is an exciting experience. I've been here for 2 and 1/2 years and I can honestly say that there's never a boring day in the office. There is always something going on -- whether it's an event hosted by Martha in the offices or relaunching a blog. And sometimes I get caught in all several projects at once and feel burnt out. Questionable Members on the Site

Hi all,
Recently on the site we had a member with questionable practices. I like to believe her heart was in the right place but the execution of her ideas were not aligned with her heart. Unfortunately, I had to suspend the member from the site. I wished her well and hoped that this was a learning experience for her.
It certainly was a learning experience for me. I approve each and every member on this site -- I'm able to ward off most spammers but not suspicious people. If… Continue
