Good Morning Ladies! I have been having some problems with stolen designs being sold in China on http://www.aliexpress.com/ a customer of mine found one of my products being sold on there and then I found a number of places using my designs. Even some of them are using my pictures even with my name on them. But I also some other designs that looked familiar from other designers. You may want to check it out if you do printables. It's really frustrating. I am not sure that there is much that can be done as it is in China.
