Comment by Elizabeth Holliday on May 5, 2012 at 10:57am: @Jennifer - It's probably because she doesn't have that font installed on her computer, and you didn't embed it when you created the PDF. It's not a mac issue. Flatten the image or create the PDF without layers. It should work fine then.

Comment by Jennifer ~ BellaGrey Designs on May 5, 2012 at 8:48am: Good Morning!!! I have a question for all of you ~ dealing with a customer who wanted a PDF file instead of us printing. I have sent many "proofs" to customers via PDF format many times without any problems, but for some reason, this customer {on a Mac} can't see the wording on the invite! I can pull up the invite not a problem {on a PC}, but I have the same issue trying to view it on my iphone! Any suggestions on what may be happening? I don't usually sell PDF but I do like to send my customers proofs. Thanks so much for all your help!!
