@Keisha Thank you!!!  You gave me a lot to work with and think about before I quote her.  There is a lot to consider when doing this type of buffet.  I am so used to doing the candy that this one through me a little.

Thank you!!!!

Thanks everyone for your comments about my Easter Sweets Table - that was a fun shoot to do!

@Shelley - that smore's bar is STELLAR!!!!!!

@Carrie - sounds like a fun giveaway - loooove Tomkat studio's style

@Jenny - voted and the purple puffs are Snowballs!!!!

@Cindy - For pricing, maybe you can give your client a starting price just for what your fee is to set the table up - figure your hourly rate - not for the exact cost of the smores. Then find out what kind of smores they want  If they want traditional ones, you can suggest different ways to be creative with smores, you can do the traditional with the graham crackers, and chocolates and marshmallows, but you can include extras like, peanut butter, toffee crunchies, chocolate wafers (like oreos), caramels, Snickers, Milky Way, flavored marshmallows.

Then, you take their requests, and you get back to them on the pricing after you're able to do more research on pricing. Don't forget to take into consideration, table signage, display containers, serving utensils, containers to carry the items in, find out if the venue (if it's not the client's home) will allow you to provide the heating element to melt the smores - if not - ya might be needing marshmallow fluff!

I hope that made sense and I hope it helps :)
