@Keisha: I know! I notified the rightful owners of all pictures I recognized in case they want to take action. 

@Val: I was notified by a friend who saw it and tagged me in their pictures. When I saw they had erased  my watermark and were saying they were theirs and talking about ingredients I couldn't believe it!

@ Celebration Girl... that's horrible that they used your photos without permission and not even a credit.

 

How do you all know if someone is using your photos?

@Keisha: They were in fact trying to make it theirs. They were implying that they had created those sweets in the past but could work on something new with the client :S

Good grief!  Just realized that that thing I heard drop in the driveway was my jump drive containing about 80% of my designs.  I must have dropped out of my hand while I was putting my son in the car this morning.  Hopefully it's still there otherwise, it's back to square one and I have a serious case of mommy brain :(

@The Celebration Girl - I noticed that too - I know they wrote that they were just ideas - but they should give credit to the photos because it does seem like they tried to make it theirs.

@Keisha: Thanks for your support with the issue of my stolen pictures! I really appreciate it. Looking back on this "party planners"album I discovered that they had not only stolen my pictures but had also done the same with Martha Stewart's ladybug cupcakes and the official picture for one of Wilton's cupcake stand!!!!!
