Hello Party Peeps!

I have a question I am hoping you can help me with. I am looking for a booth-less photo booth rental for a fabulous sweet 16 I am planning for a client. I recently saw this on a party blog but I can not for the life of me remember which one (I visit so many lol) It was a small machine that sat in front of a custome back drop, and the guests were to sit, pick up a prop and press the botton for a pic. There was a frame sitting next to the machine with instructions and a basket of props. Also it takes two photos, one for the guest and one for the album. does anyone know where I can get this type of booth??

Thank you all!

Hi Jill - I threw a baby shower earlier this year where I gave out dry cookie dough mix packaged like baby bottles as favors.  Here's the link to my blog where you can see pics:

Hope this helps - good luck with your sister's shower!

Hi Party People,
I'm in the process of planning a baby shower for my sister....it's her
first baby and she deserves the BEST shower ever!! They are not
finding out the sex of the baby and I'm stumped on what to give as the
party favor. Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!

Hi Toni, In my opinion I do not think there is a better program out that handles photos, editing and scans the way Photoshop does. That being said I use more then one program to create my designs. Adobe Illustator is a good layout program and handles fonts better then photoshop. I use a MAC and have the Adobe Creative Suite 5 (older version) it combines: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat 9 Pro. It does get expensive when you get down to it but worth the investment to upgrade to the Adobe Creative Suite. If CS5 is not in your budget then stick with Photoshop its a great program in my opinion. I hope that helped.

@Toni-- Super cute cowboy set...I especially love that banner!  I use Adobe Illustrator for all of my designs and love it!  I started out using Photoshop, but once I learned Illustrator and saw how much nicer the images look in my final product, I was hooked!  You should be able to download a 30 day trial version to try before you buy (it's the in the same price range as Photoshop), and lynda.com has some great tutorials!  Hope this helps...good luck! :)

I have a question for all the wonderful designers out there. I currently have an older version of photoshop that I use to create my designs on. When I say old, I mean, really old. At least 6 years old. But, works well. But, I am in the process of upgrading and searching for a new design program. What would you recommend to use? What do you use to create all those great items? Should I spend the money for the newest Photoshop or is there a better one out there? Thanks in advance!
