@Michelle, love the tutorial and the party is moving at a snail's pace. I've  been trying to help her find a venue. Sometimes it is easier to work with people you don't know.

@Amy, love the graduation party. Hard to believe that time is almost here.

@Keisha, do you ever rest?

Thank you ladies for stopping by and leaving me comments & sharing!  It is so sweet to see all of you there!

@Keisha!  You must send me your link as soon as it's live!  I have a friend beating down my door every day asking me for that exact theme!  I don't have anything and I'd love to send her your way.  Do you have any images yet?  Will you be selling your printables?  Let me know...this is her exact request!

@Keisha!  LOVE that party!  I tried to leave a comment and it broke when I hit submit...I will keep trying (smile!)

@cakewalk-awesome tutorial!

@doublethefun - I think Annina's comments are right on...you may end up getting more from this and that would be great!  it would have been nice if she had asked first especially since of the HWTM feature...i hope it all works out in your favor!

Hi Ladies! Hope all is well!

@Keisha- Your Monster High party looked like a blast, those cupcake toppers were too cute! Can't wait to see more!

@Jennifer-I hope your issue got resolved. I think Annina's advice is perfect. From my experience, poeple are pretty understanding.

@Sandra how's the nieces party going?

I need to cover some large doorways (6ft by 8ft) in a hall CREATIVELY and inexpensively, any suggestions? The party is a Park theme with bright colors and kraft brown- gingham, kites and balloons.  Thanks! And I'd love for you to stop by and share my tutorial on the Nerf Ammo Wristbands!

Have a great week!

Michelle

Thanks @Annina! I really appreciate the perspective. She is a bigger blog than me, so your points are definitely worth considering. I want to make sure I'm not reacting in a knee-jerk way.

@ Double the Fun Parties- I've had the very same thing happen- so sorry that you are going through this! In the situation I encountered- it was really frustrating (she conducted the whole thing in a way that I felt she was using my photos for her own self promotion). She technically wasn't doing anything wrong, since the photos were watermarked and she linked back to me in the post, although the links were not prominent. After waiting it out, I found that it did drive some traffic to my blog, and some of her customers even ended up buying from my shop- so I think it did more harm to her than good in the end! If I were in your position, and I was worried about it compromising the HWTM feature (congrats by the way!) I would notify her of the feature and ask that she either take the post down until afterward, or take it down altogether. If you think the feature will still run regardless, then assess whether it may drive traffic and customers your way. Best of luck!

Advice, please friends. I had a pingback today that let me know someone has featured my Nancy Drew party without asking first. She credited me on the post, though it's buried at the bottom. On FB, she did not credit me. She's not trying to present the party as her own, and the photos are watermarked, but I feel that she should have asked. The party is supposed to be on HWTM at the end of the month, and you know how they are about exclusivity. I feel like I need to say something to her, but honestly don't know how to approach this. Thanks in advance!
