Hi ...new to this group from Faith's Cookies. I also have 3 children as well. I've recently started making cute little fabric bouquets and my kids love to help me make them. I bake part time and rent a commercial kitchen. Happy to be a part of this group:)

@Susan - I do it with 3 kids as well.  I work in the dining room, and I try to do it before they are up in the morning (which means getting up at 4 am), during naps or playdates.  I catch up a lot when my husband is home on the weekends.  

 

Sidenote:  We are moving cities next week and I get my own office/studio to design as I please.  SOOOO excited!

So question ladies. How do you do your best to balance it all? I have a very young business and three young kids. The two littlest are 1 and 2, and I stay home with them. So I am torn between trying to make my business more successful and letting it go as slowly as possible so that I don't miss these teeny tiny years by being swamped with orders. Thoughts?

Hello all!

I don't stop in here much but I always read comments that come to my email.

Fun to read how everyone is doing and coming along with their businesses.

 

I was recently selected as a finalist in a national design competition. The public is now invited to vote on their favorite in each category.
