Mentoring and Encouraging a Dream?

In the words of Eleanor Roosevelt, still a role model, “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”
When was the last time you've encouraged or mentored a dreamer or those who were the "wind beneath a dreamers wings"

Your comments embody great inner spirit and strength!

Just reading each of your words of encouragement and mentoring, in a particular relationship, is amazing.

Native Mom to you I say, Hello, O-si-yu, Boozhoo, Haaahe or perhaps Yawa. With your nurturing of youth, please view www.indianyouth.org, Running Strong For American Indian Youth. And, may your life be well and long lived. Kathy the Hammer, don't worry gangsta, you just hang tough 'til the moon sets on we dreamers. Dreamers,....ah Bea, you truly do stand out from the "bunch"! Gwendolyn, I'm also an Event Planner. Check out a group, or watch for Kellie Clements, who is herself in this group and filled with ideas and enthusiasm which is huge in event planning. We'll all talk and mentor together, non?! Gigi, on persistence "TRUE THAT", we live it every day. Terry, you absolutely inspire and mentor and leave the "dream" with others each day. (I'll call...because that takes a most special selfless person). Karen, telling the Dreamers of the change in your production facility has, I hope shown you that we support you, your dreams into another leap of faith. Sue, talking...oh mon amie, yes, that carthatic therapy is something so truly needed for so many of us. To watch our dreams evolve and discuss is remedy enough, some days. Delia, yes, yes and yes, believe in ourselves, and be willing to withstand and endure success, or the unexpected end result! Shopping, definitely no doubt that our families are actually our mentors and the support system that we couldn't do without! And, Liz, mentors, dreamers and wisdom comes to us in as many different guises, as I would care to bet my 1940s wooden nickle on. And one more thing...yes, there are dreams of different kinds, some held silent and secret and known only to us and those which we live in our passion based business. Please keep these inspirational experiences "pushing through the presses"! Hubba, Hubba, Jolene

Hello,

My daughter, Angelica is 6 and loves to make & sell bracelets to benefit kids charities.  100% of sales go toward the charity, we keep nothing out for postage/supplies (it is our way of helping Angelica & the charities).  Angelica usually selects a different kids charity every 4-6 months.  Past charities she has helped are: Children's Miracle Network, The Great Sprout Tuck-In, Bears on Patrol and WHAS Crusade For Children.  Please check out her Facebook Page.  All items are just $8 (including shipping).  http://www.facebook.com/pages/Angelicas-Charity-Bracelets/205145262

Sometimes we have to be our own mentor. Too often we are so busy caring for and mentoring everyone else that we forget to care for ourselves.

Are you living your life or is your life living you? Are you living a plan or do you go through your days on unconscious autopilot? Are you steering your life the way you want it go or are you floating along with the current? Is your life guided by your values and intentions or by the values and intentions of everyone else? Are YOU creating your life or is your LIFE creating your behaviors and responses? Do you do things because you "choose to" or because you "have to"? I guess what I am asking is: are you living proactively or proactively?

Mentors and coaches can help you learn to act proactively and create the life you dream about. For more information or a free strategy session, contact me at sharon@reinventingyourselftoday.com

Hello All! On mentoring and encouraging a dream?

"Occasionally, in our efforts to mentor and encourage another...we should take pause and pay heed to the inspiration they are truly seeking".
