Next Monday 'The Traveling Handmade Bazaar" is holding it's first pop-up trunk show!!! I have been thinking about this concept for so long and now that it is really happening.... I am so excited! Our first "event" is being held at The Bean, a very cute coffee/wine cafe. I have six vendors participating, a perfect size for this venue and my first show!

My new artisan line was featured on the radio! Red carpet commentator and fashion specialist Kara Birkenstock dishes about Rotem Limited Edition for Mother's Day and the scarf we gifted to Sarah Jessica Parker. (I added the visuals.)

Then this spot led to a nice blog post on a fashion-art-cooking blog!

At Mark Industries we volunteer quite a bit. We are currently organizing a GARAGE SALE fundraiser for a 14u Baseball CRUSH Baseball Team that is ranked nationally top 32! This team is the only team selected as 1 out of 10 AAU Teams Nationally. They are the only TEXAS team invited to the televised ESPN World Series Baseball in Florida!  Takes quite a bit of effort and hard work to get such an invite. Congrats Crush! Coach is fundraising for travel for 15 kids to play in 5 tournaments. Would love to put OmniMedia on back of jerseys!

 

Mark Industries also directs a portion of profit on the Heart Baby Feeding Tray to support infant research for infant heart disease in America.  Each year 40K plus infants are born with some form of cardiac disease.
